Very easy and pleasant transaction!
From the moment i contacted PaulDouglas, it was all straight forward and honest conversations, to the day i picked up my car, many thanks Mike, a credit to the company! Mike oalled me back promptly with an excellent part-exchange figure for my car and kept nicely in touch till we decided and were ready to go. They kept to their word with the part-exchange price went I drove up to drop my car and collect the new one, even through in an extra for our peace of mind, million thanks again! Robyn made the purchase very quick & easy, I bought the Ssangyoung Muso over the phone and wasn't disappointed when I went to collect it. I am happy whit how it drives and the comfort I also towed my triaxle trailer with my D-Max on it all the way home, proving it to be a perfect tow motor and very comftablall Overall I would recommend DOUGLAS PAUL as the place to go for a Ssangyoung with lots to choose from

Visited on the off-chance, Mike listened to our needs and talked us through the range of cars available, which allowed us to decide on the Korando. Mike arranged for a test drive and took us out. This confirmed our choice, and we ordered. Mike explained about the waiting time, however, it took another couple of months longer than expected. We have now had the car a couple of weeks now and enjoying it.

What a refreshing change!
What a refreshing change to buy a car without any pressure selling or the salesman having to keep visiting his boss to see what he can do on the PX price. Fantastic Experience
Wow.... I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Jonathan and all his staff, throughly professional and went out of their way to make my experience of buying a used car from them an absolute pleasure. They even went out of their way to pick my up from the local train station. The aftersale service is second to none, with minimal fuss. Thanks again Jonathan. Definitely recommend a visit.

Excellent purchase
Very good at listening to what me needs were and then able to offer me some choices. Able to sort out a towbar fitting as part of the package, which meant I didn't have the stress of sorting it out. The vehicle was well presented when I picked it up. I have done around 5,000 miles in it and really enjoy driving it. Customer experience was excellent. Any delays with the delivery date were sorted out by phoning me and keeping me in the loop. They were able to bring the delivery date forwards. Overall an excellent purchase and I would recommend the customer service. Much better than 2 other main dealerships that I went to in the local area!

A good and helpful garage to deal with.
We were helped to make a choice by saying what we did & didn't want. There was no pressure & a good deal was arrived at quite quickly after i had a long test drive. Getting extra petrol was slightly tricky.
